Heather Krueger Meetings & Events
You might say Heather Krueger was born to plan meetings. You also might say Heather Krueger was born to rock and revolutionize the meetings and event industries. Yet neither is entirely true.
From a young age Heather’s penchant for taking care of others and her innate ability to organize defined her character, and it’s these talents really that have led to her lifelong affair with the events industry.
After almost ten years in the meetings and hotel industries, including eight as Director of Sales with the Sheraton Corporation, Heather began working for Dan Kennedy, a man who would change the course of her career and introduce her to the idea of entrepreneurship. Noting her creativity, expertise and hunger for success, he selected her as the Director of Operations for JPDK. In addition to Director of Operations, she served in a variety of roles including sales, marketing, advertising, consulting, and, of course, seminar planning.
In 1996, Heather was ready to spread her entrepreneurial wings and founded Heather Krueger Meetings and Events. With her passion for events and inside knowledge and understanding of the world of hotel and meeting planning, KMC soon emerged as the elite meeting planning company catering to on and off-line info marketers. With a client list including Dan Kennedy, Yanik Silver, Ron Ipach, Joe Polish, Rory Fatt, Peter Diamandis, John Bowen, Bill Glazer and KMC has already achieved a reputation for excellence among discerning and upscale clients.
Heather’s skill set is unique in that she has immeasurable experience in planning and venue strategy, contract negotiations and firsthand knowledge of the inner workings of the hotel business.
Her accolades include Meeting Planner of the Year in 2006 by Illinois Meetings and Events magazine, and she has been recognized as one of the top 25 planners in the state of Illinois.
When she’s not traveling coast to coast planning or consulting, you might find her practicing her swing on the golf course; or hosting amazing dinner parties for friends and family; or even following her lifelong passion for performance music, crooning a song or two with her rock band.
Heather is available for 1-hour consultations to discuss planning your next event, or for strategy sessions to help design your own personal blueprint on how to save time, money and energy when planning your next event.
